We are a townhome community located in Arlington, Virginia, less than two blocks from the Ballston-MU Metro Station and within minutes of Washington, DC. Established in 1996, Ballston Village is comprised of eighteen townhomes built in the Federal architectural style. Attractive landscape, solidly built brick townhouses and convenience to all that Arlington has to offer are just some of our features.
